At Mugai Organics, we ensure that all products are carefully packed and checked before shipping.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the nature of personal care products, we currently do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.

2. Acceptable Reasons for Refund

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

3. Conditions for Approval

To ensure a successful refund, items must be in their original condition and packaging. For skincare integrity, products must remain unopened and unused with all security seals intact. We require clear digital documentation (photos or short videos) of the issue to proceed with our inspection.

4. Non-refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety protocols, products that have been unsealed, opened, or used are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is proven. Items purchased during clearance events or marked as 'Final Sale' are also excluded from our refund policy. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

5. Step-by-Step Refund Process

  2. Verification: Attach clear photos and videos showcasing the damage or incorrect item.
  3. Review: Our quality assurance team will inspect the digital evidence within 48 business hours.
  4. Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your claim.
  5. Restocking: In some cases, we may request the physical return of the item for further laboratory analysis at our expense.

6. Timelines and Finalization

Once approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary slightly based on your financial institution. All refunds are issued in Indian Rupees (INR). If you have not received your credit after this window, please contact your bank or reach out to us for assistance.
